To support Deaf individuals, particularly adolescents/youths, CODAs, and hearing allies, in unlocking their potential, promoting sign language possibilities, and fostering inclusive societies.

What We do
We work to provide capacity, technical knowledge and life skills to build leadership, core competence, character, resilience and social communication skills to prepare deaf and other people living with disabilities for the 21st Century workplace and productive adulthood.
We also help corporate bodies, schools and faith-based organizations with curriculum, capacity and other relevant tools and resources to make their space accessible and convenient for the Deaf and other people with disabilities.
